She dreams about a society where all people contribute to the wellbeing of others; success is never an individual merit. Hanniëlle is the informal chief officer of Kucheza with a heart-warming passion for 'Carnaval crackers' and African masks on office walls.

He is the professor by title and by merit. A respected philosopher on cooperative behaviour of farmers. As a sheep farmer he knows that farming life is not about us, but about the sheep and the land. Gert is the inspirator of our team, our clients and our partners. Secretly aspiring to be the next 007, he also rocks the Nerf guns outside of office hours.

He always seeks novelty and thinks creatively, while he is challenging himself. And it is no coincidence that exactly these three things are important characteristics of games. The combination with his clear view of things makes him the strategist of Kucheza. Meanwhile he's a surprisingly good handyman who makes things look 'really rad'.

Fueled by a passion for technology breaking limits sky high with incomparibly terrible humor bone-dry, this Lead Game Programmer is actually a pretty fly guy. Spends his spare hours away from this serious game of ours, watching some chickflick movie (completely voluntarily) with his girlfriend to regain his programming powers.

Thomas brings a unique skillset to the table, having a knack for art and design. Drawing and animating people, vehicles and environments... his imagination breathes life into the digital world! He can look at any problem with a critical eye, but will always express his thoughts in a constructive and positive manner.

Tomas is the traditional eager intern with a hunger to consume as much programming knowledge and hummus as humanly possible. This man from the misty mountains of Wales, has been tipped to become the next ping pong champion of Kucheza. Out of office he enjoys pro wrestling, fine dining and the company of Freya(his dog).
